August 1991 Hanting construction company changed its name to Weifang City, the third construction company;

October 25, 2002 by the Weifang City, the third construction company changed to Weifang three Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.;

May 21, 2003 the establishment of Weifang Binhai Land Ltd;

April 30, 2004 Co., Ltd. was established Haoyuan construction materials testing;

October 20, 2004 Imperial Travel Co., Ltd. Weifang established;

October 28, 2004 the establishment of coastal construction materials Co., Ltd. Weifang three;

December 6, 2004 by the Weifang three Construction Group Engineering Co., Ltd. Weifang three changes for the Construction Group Co., Ltd.;

May 18, 2006 the establishment of Weifang Haoyuan labor Co., Ltd.;

Established in June 2007, Weifang City, three Construction Group;

June 26, 2007 Weifang dry Feng Woodwork Co., Ltd. joined the Group;

June 26, 2007 Weifang Shunda Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. joined the Group;

July 3, 2009 the establishment of Weifang City, three Property Management Co., Ltd.;

April 28, 2011 the establishment of Weifang Guangyi Real Estate Marketing Planning Limited.
