(F) architectural lighting energy-saving technologies and products;
(G) air conditioning energy saving technologies and products;
(Viii) other technologies mature, the effect is significant energy-saving technologies and energy management technology.
To encourage and promote the use of energy out of the building parts and technical directory, by the construction administrative department of the State Council; provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities administrative department of construction can be combined with the directory, to encourage the development for the region and promote the use of parts out of the building energy efficiency and technology directory.
State shall encourage diverse, multi-channel existing buildings for energy saving investments, investors can follow the energy saving benefits sharing agreement; encourage research to develop energy-saving renovation of existing buildings in the region financing options and related incentives.
